Emi

Chief Executive Officer

Emi is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising on regulatory compliance and corporate governance best practices to executive leaders, board of directors and managing shareholders engagement.

As a leader in mitigating inherent litigation risks as a result of mergers and acquisitions, Emi leads document digitization initiatives. Her background has given her a unique understanding of how to apply efficient document storage and retrieval measures to address a range of issues faced by lawyers and accountants.

Emi holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) specializing in IT and Telecommunications Law from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and a Chartered Banker Master’s in Business Administration (MBA Finance) from the University of Bangor, England. She has also completed doctoral studies and has obtained a doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Credit and Financial Risk Management. In addition, Emi has completed several diplomas in International Business Organization; International Joint Ventures; International Mergers & Acquisition; Intellectual Property; and International Capital Markets and loans from the College of Law in England.
